I also offer alterations. Sometimes a brilliant shirt comes up somewhere online, but two sizes to big. I can help with that! And with other kinds of alterations and mending. Prices depend on how much work is required, but as an indicator my hourly rate is £25.
Alterations
Below are some images from a recent alterations projects, to show what this might look like. This Ralph Lauren shirt in the Ancient Red tartan started out as an oversized size L, and was altered to a slim-fit medium. This required taking the sleeves off, reshaping the body, shoulder and sleeves, and adding the sleeves back on. This was an extensive alteration, but worth doing as the shirt is very nice quality and rare to find.
