This mini kilt was made by Gor Ray, a company established in the 1930s and remained popular until the 1970s.
This hunting mini kilt was a smidgen too small for me so I let out a pleat on either side and rejigged the waistband, and I added a piece of polyviscose hunting tartan to extend the waistband on the under-apron so it isn’t visible when the skirt is worn.
